The world constantly shifts and changes as does the work we do. That’s a great thing, but we need to keep learning and adapting. So, join us for the day to share knowledge and your TOPdesk experience with your peers. Panel talks, workshops, networking opportunities—there will be something new for you to discover all through the day.

No matter how long you’ve been part of the TOPdesk community, there’s always more to discover. That’s why we invite you to join us for TOPdesk on Tour, where we'll take a journey together; from learning from industry experts to getting hands-on experience in the software, we'll be sharing experiences in a fun environment.

Get in on the action!

Customer presentations will be at the heart of the day, so that you can see how your peers are getting the most out of TOPdesk. These will be alongside panel sessions, workshops, and of course our popular Tips & Tricks session!

The day will start at 12 pm and will run until 4 pm. For those attending in-person, we'll provide food and will host a networking session afterwards.

We'd love to see you there, so please sign up using the form on this page. While our office can accommodate a large group, there is still a limit on the number of people we can host for the day, so we'd recommend signing up sooner rather than later!

Ruben Franzen

TOPdesk USA President

In his 4th year as managing director of the TOPdesk USA office, Ruben Franzen has helped lead our branch grow into what it is today. In our opening keynote, Ruben will speak on how the US branch is performing, as well as changes that have been made over the past year.

Niels Uiterwaal

TOPdesk Product Manager

With almost 7 years experience at TOPdesk, Niels will share updates on our focus for product development. He will go over all the themes and topics that we will be working on and how those relate to our product vision and the trends we see in the market. We believe that by sharing our ambition, vision, and development goals with our users, we become a better partner for our customers. We also want to gather feedback on what we share so we can keep improving TOPdesk.
