What do you do when you find that a crucial part of your process isn't supported by the feature? That's where you come in. From the moment you start using Labs features, you're already helping TOPdesk develop the next great feature. How you use the feature lets us know if your experience is intuitive enough. 

Along with usage data, your direct feedback determines the direction of a feature. If you're bursting with ideas for a feature, let them out by providing feedback via Functional Settings > Labs. Want a bit more personal contact? Call and let us know what you think would make the feature better. Your input is needed to make sure features fit into your processes.

Start experimenting

As a SaaS user, there's nothing stopping you from getting started right now with these experimental features! Turn on the features you're most curious about via Functional Settings > Labs. 

If a feature doesn't quite fulfill you expectations, you're free to turn it off at any time. But keep an eye on the release notes! Labs features are continuously in development, so it could only be a matter of time before the functionality you're missing is added.
