The TOPdesk Higher Education User Group allows users to meet with each other, join community days, and share experiences, ideas and knowledge

Events

The first community day took place in May 2019 and was hosted by Keele University. You can complete the form on this page if you'd like to make sure you receive updates about future events. These events will typically involve:

• Talks and discussions around the challenges and specific topics related to Support in Higher Education
• Discussing successes, failures and experiences – to help each other and to get help within the HE community
• Holding discussions around how you use TOPdesk, sharing best practices and processes

The days are managed by HE institutions, and we invite new TOPdesk users from the HE sector to fill out this form so we may share your contact details with the organising committee.
