Looking forward to doing the customer journey workshop with your team? The workshop will get you ready to make your own customer journey in just one hour.
Make sure that you read the preparation document that is part of the download materials before you get started. We already have a couple of tips for you:
- Book a video- and audio-capable meeting room
- Invite your team
- Take a look at the PowerPoint presentation on your own in advance
- Print and bring the provided customer journey map
- Make sure you bring plenty of pens, paper and sticky notes
