Reservation Management (Part 1)

Reservation management is a module where rooms, assets and services can be booked. These pages will explain you more about how to make a new reservation, edit existing reservation, cancel reservations and so on. Besides that, some videos will go into detail about certain tasks boards, where you will be able to see all ordered services (such as catering) for that day.

Provided all of the desired rooms and assets are available during the same time period, it's simply a matter of selecting them all when you make a reservation in the planner.

    This video explains how to change the reserved room or asset. If another room or asset is available during the same time slot, you can easily swap them out using the reservations planner.
