Reservation Management (Part 2)

Reservation management is a module where rooms, assets and services can be booked. These pages will explain you more about how to make a new reservation, edit existing reservation, cancel reservations and so on. Besides that, some videos will go into detail about certain tasks boards, where you will be able to see all ordered services (such as catering) for that day.

• How to create a repeating reservation

  This video explains how to create a repeating reservation. Reservations can be created to repeat on a regular basis. The pattern of recurrence can be customized in the reservation itself.

• How to create a new reservation of a room with catering services

  This video explains how to create a new reservation of a room with catering services. You can add catering and cleaning services to your reservation using the reservations planner.

• How to change or cancel reserved catering services

  This video explains how to change or cancel the reserved catering services of an existing reservation. Sometimes you may only need to cancel services for a reservation, such as a coffee or tea service, but not the reservation itself. This is possible from the reservations planner; select the reservation and make your changes.

• How to cancel a reservation

  This video explains how to cancel a reservation. A reservation can easily be cancelled by selecting it in your planner, and then clicking the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the reservation.
