  • How to flag a person requiring special attention

    This video explains how to add and edit the "Has Attention" field on person cards. The "Has Attention" field on the person card flags a person who may be, for example: a VIP, a member of the board, someone who requires an accommodation, etc.

  • How to use context menus

    This video explains what a context menu is and how to use one. Context menus can be used to trigger actions, but they can also be used to quickly navigate to other TOPdesk cards, like a person or a supplier.
